Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be unused, in original packaging with tag, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Custom-made or personalized products are non-returnable.

Return will only be entertained if:

• An unboxing video is a must for claims related to defects or incorrect products.
• If the return is accepted by our team, Ship the product back to the address provided.

 

Refunds

• No Exchange/refunds. In case of damaged or wrong product delivery , credit voucher will be provided which you can redeem during your next online purchase.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

• Exchanges for the same merchandise are allowed for incorrect or defective products if reported within 24 hours of delivery.
